UFO: Chain-of-Evaluation for Omni-Condition Alignment in Multi-Modal Image Generation
The paper notes that existing evaluation methods for multi-modal image generation assess each modal condition in isolation, contradicting the simultaneous condition alignment objective. To address this, the authors propose UFO, the first unified framework for simultaneous omni-condition alignment evaluation. UFO introduces an Atomized Chain-of-Evaluation paradigm that decomposes alignment into sequential Atomic Evaluation Units (AEUs). Experimental results demonstrate that UFO achieves the highest correlation with human evaluation preferences.
UFO achieves the highest correlation with human evaluation preferences, delivering an average improvement of 15.25%.
UFO introduces an Atomized Chain-of-Evaluation paradigm that decomposes omni-condition alignment into a sequential chain of fine-grained, disentangled Atomic Evaluation Units (AEUs).
UFO-Bench is presented as a dedicated benchmark designed to holistically evaluate the performance of existing customization models under diverse mutual interactions of textual and visual conditions.
